A Message from the Principal

Stacy Kidwell
Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,

The Lewis County Central Elementary staff would like to welcome you to a school year full of learning and fun! We have an amazing staff waiting to fill the minds of our students with the tools that they will need in the future.

We feel that we are a student-centered school with high expectations for all staff and students. It is important for us to meet the individual needs of each and every student within our school. As you walk into our school, we hope you feel the excitement that we have for learning and the passion we have to ensure all students are prepared for their next endeavor.

We all benefit most when parents and community members are involved. Please support your child’s education by reviewing homework, communicating with teachers and staff, ensuring your child is at school and showing interest in what happens in the classroom. We welcome all parents to become involved. If you would like to meet with your child’s teacher please email them or contact Mrs. Megan Spencer or Mrs. Jera Case, our school counselors, to schedule appointments.

For those who are new to Central, our school day begins at 7:50 am and ends at 2:45 pm. We are excited to be working with you and your child and look forward to serving you and your family.

Sincerely,

Principal, Lewis County Central Elementary
