The Lewis County School System serves approximately 2,057 students in grades P-12. We provide a strong preschool program for 3 to 4 year old’s based on the premise that a good foundation sets the stage for success. Our intent is to encourage the development of lifelong learners and instill a desire within our students to continue educational pursuits. This district believes a good education is essential for future success. In order to be successful, we have course offerings that include career-technical education program and college preparatory program. We have instructional support services through a variety of educational settings that include regular education classrooms and career-technical classrooms. Once students graduate from Lewis County High School they will receive a general high school diploma. Other options for our students include: Health Science, Welding, Carpentry, Electrical, Business, Agricultural, and Pre-Engineering.
