Lewis County Schools offers continuous preschool registration for children who are 3 or 4.  Preschool registration can be completed in one of three ways:

·       Click on the Preschool Registration link below to register your child for a preschool screening. 

·       Pick up a Preschool Screening Registration Form at one of the elementary schools or the Superintendent's office, complete the registration form, and drop it off to your child’s respective elementary school in the attendance area in which you live.

·       Print a Preschool Screening Registration Form from the link below, complete it, and drop it off to your child’s respective elementary school in the attendance area in which you live.

Please note that we are currently registering children for preschool screenings for next year.  If your child will be 3 or 4 by August 1^st, you may go ahead and register your child for a preschool screening in one of the three ways listed above.
