HOSA Club

HOSA-Future Health Professionals is a national organization for secondary and post secondary students enrolled in health occupations education. HOSA was officially founded in November 1976 and is comprised of state associations organized under educational agencies. Members strengthen their leadership and citizenship abilities through interaction with professional, business, and other students organizations.

HOSA members have the opportunity to share experience with other people in health occupations. Members develop skills which will lead to successful employment in the health care fields. The hands of HOSA mold the health of tomorrow.

The HOSA club meets once each month and membership dues are based upon state and national dues assessment. Annual dues provide members with a quarterly HOSA news publication.

How to Join/ Requirements

A student must be enrolled in a Health Science course in order to be a member of the HOSA organization. If you are in a health science class you can see one of the club advisors (Casey Bentley or Shanda Gilbert) and inquire about club dues.
