I would personally like to welcome you to Lewis County High School where students are our number one priority and I am very honored to be the Principal at LCHS. 

I began my career in education in Lewis County in 1999 as a teacher and then as Assistant Principal at Lewis County Central Elementary and Lewis County High School.  My education credentials are a B.S. in elementary education, a M.A. in elementary education, a Rank I in Educational Leadership, a Certificate for Director of Pupil Personnel, and a Superintendent Certificate from Morehead State University. 

On a personal basis, I am married to Phil and have a three year old daughter.  We love to be outdoors, spend family time together, and attend lots of sporting events.

As Principal at Lewis County High School, I am dedicated to helping our students, families, and community reach success.  Together with all stakeholders (students, parents, and community members) we will strive each and every day to improve students’ success inside and outside of the classroom. 

I encourage each parent to be involved in their child’s daily events and support them with their endeavors.  Teachers along with parents and hard work from the students will make our future leaders of Lewis County successful.
